The Partner Profile

Many Lateral Partners don't appreciate the importance of completing the Partner Profile in an excellent manner. The following reasons are why we work closely with our Lateral Partners to do an 'A' Profile.

1) Firms are evaluating you as a Colleague and as a Lawyer when they interview you. Firms use the Partner Profile to evaluate your law practice as a business they are acquiring.

2) Firms pass a Candidate's Partner Profile amongst Senior Partners, Partners involved in the interviewing process, and Hiring Committee Partners to apprise them about your Practice.

3) Firms use your Partner Profile to do a Conflict and Business Analysis of your Practice

4) Firms use your Partner Profile as the basis to determine your Partnership level and compensation

Willow Wolff & Grace Co. works with our Lateral Partners to help them submit an 'A' Profile as a 'Marketing Tool' to the Partners and as a 'Business Tool' to the Business people so that our Partner receives the highest interest from each as well as their endorsement.
