Managing Your Career
In coaching Partners on how to progress within their Firm and how to increase their incomes, the best advice we can give is to have an Intention to progress within the Firm and an Intention to increase one's income. Not to hope for it, but to procure the Sponsorship, to understand what one needs to do be done to exceed the criteria in each area of consideration, and to take personal responsibility to make it happen.
If a Partner develops the Intention and surrounds themselves with Sponsors and Mentors, team mates, and clients who will each do their part in assisting the Partner in realizing their Intention, things will happen on-time. Intention creates Synchronicity or the coincidental arrival of what one needs at precisely the right time to turn one's Intention into Reality.
