Rick is a co-founder of Willow Wolff & Grace Co. He is a retired Equity Partner at Accenture who was responsible for new client development in Silicon Valley. Previous to Accenture, Rick was a Sales Executive at IBM and DEC and was Group Vice President of American Sign and Indicator Corporation. Rick's career at these companies was focused on winning major new clients like Nike, Apple Computer, Intel, and CISCO.
He consistently built top performing sales teams by training his people how to penetrate major companies at the Executive level and how to effectively present themselves, their companies, and their products and services to build long-term multi-million dollar relationships.
Today, Rick uses his experience to work with Partners at AMLAW law firms so that they can build their Portable Books and gain control of their Career, their Income, and their Life - by progressing within their present law firm or by Lateraling to one that will better enable them to grow their practice and achieve their Intentions.

Hanako is co-founder of Willow Wolff & Grace Co. She is an attorney who practiced at Pillsbury Madison & Sutro LLP (Pillsbury LLP). Previous to founding Willow Wolff & Grace Co., Hanako was the Managing Partner of Management Recruiters of Palo Alto.
She uses her experience to work closely with our Candidates and Clients to manage the placement process so that our Candidates may achieve their Lateral Intentions.
