Changing Firms
The most stressful time in making a Lateral move is in seeing which of your Clients and matters will move to your new firm with you.
Willow Wolff & Grace Co. works with you to prepare you to present your move in a manner that each of your clients will view in a positive light.
We work with you to anticipate and address each client's concerns. We will assist you in drafting letters to your clients to properly introduce the move. We will practice and rehearse with you how to verbally frame the move as well.
Our objective is to assist you in successfully moving your Practice to your new firm and to present the move in a manner so that each client will understand why you are making the move, how your practice will be enhanced by making the change, and what benefit each client might realize from your move.
